Who are we?
The Upper Peninsula Resource Conservation & Development Council (UP RC&D) is a non-profit corporation whose vision is to promote the conservation of the natural resources of the Upper Peninsula for the benefit of its current and future residents. The Council strives for a balance between the management of natural resources to protect the environment, and the implementation of economic development activities to sustain economy across all 15 counties of the UP. We identify resource conservation concerns and collaborate with local communities to provide knowledge and leadership to address these issues.
